Terms & Conditions:
- There is a 6 month waiting period on all new policies from the receipt of your first premium payment.
- There is no waiting period for accidental deaths as long as the first premium has been paid and the policy has not lapsed.
- There is no waiting period for clients transferring from another service provider providing the policy is older than 6 months and has not lapsed.
- All policies should be paid monthly before or on the 10th day of each month.
- There is a 24 month waiting period for all suicide death claims.
- Policies lapse after non payment for 2 months.
- There is a 3 month waiting period on all reinstated policies.
- All valid claims should be submitted to claims@mlamlelis.co.za within 6 months from the date of death.
- Premiums on lapsed policies are not refundable.
